Mommy & Me
Being a parent is the most important job you will ever have! It is unbelievably rewarding, but it can also be exhausting, stressful, and at times, lonely! As a parent, it is important to make connections with other adults for support and a sense of community. A great way to do that is through our unique Mommy and Me class. This program meets one morning a week and offers a sensory-rich environment for your child. It is also designed to enhance your bond with your child, and help you understand the stages of early childhood development.
Ready, Set, Twos!
We designed the Ready, Set Twos class for children who are at least 19 months old and are preparing to enter our 2 year old program. The children attend by themselves two or three mornings a week and begin to acclimate to a school schedule within a whole group setting through a combination of fun age appropriate activities, personalized instruction and small group time situations.
Preschool Programs
Research has demonstrated the critical importance of the first three years of a child’s life. The experiences and interactions children have in these early years significantly affects brain development and helps to establish the foundation for future learning. Our 2 and 3 year old programs provide a safe and nurturing environment while promoting the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children. These programs are offered weekday mornings on a three or five day basis.
Pre-Kindergarten Program
Young learners continue their journey of exploration and discovery in the
Pre-kindergarten classrooms. We prepare our students for success in kindergarten and beyond with a curriculum geared for developing literacy, math, social studies and science skills through purposeful and planned learning experiences. Creative, physical and social/emotional development are also enhanced through our Music, Spanish and Physical Education classes. Our
PreK program is a 5 day program.
Elementary School
Our elementary school provides children with a supportive learning environment and dynamic educational experiences that enables them to achieve academic success, gain knowledge in core subject areas, and develop personal responsibility and integrity. Combining academics with a strong sense of community, we help children to become global citizens, problem solvers, and lifelong learners.
Temple Beth-El School meets or exceeds State Standards. We consistently provide an innovative approach to learning, resulting in students who are well prepared, engaged, and proud of their scholastic accomplishments.
